Noelle graduated from Winona State University in May of 1999. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in advertising and a minor in marketing.
Noelle's duties as marketing director for Aquarius entail designing the company's web page, newsletter, brochures, and selecting promotional items for engineers and contractors.
In addition to her job as marketing director, Noelle took the position of Wisconsin sales representative for Aquarius.
