Aquarius Fluid Products, Inc. (the “Company”) respects the privacy concerns of the users of its website, aquariusfp.com, and the services provided therein (the “Site”). The Company thus provides this privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.

Use of Information: As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company’s internet servers. The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by a user. We do not accept credit card payment however, for a small percentage of sales based on certain criteria set by Aquarius Fluid Products, Inc. we accept credit card payment via CSG Forte. The Company may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with the Company’s rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

Children Age 17 and Under: The Company recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 17 and under. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 17 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child age 17 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.

Contact Form Block: When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Gmail and Zoho for storage.

Gmail: When you press the SUBMIT button for a Form Block on this site or send us an email via our website, your submission with the information you provided in that form is sent to a Gmail or Zoho account. 

Marketing emails: We may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Zoho Campaigns, our email marketing software provider so they can send these emails on our behalf.

Marketing Surveys: We may send out surveys via Zoho Survey to our customers for feedback regarding a service(s) that was performed. The survey may require the customer’s full name, email and mailing address as a confirmation so we can properly address feedback provided on the survey. If a customer chooses to fill out the survey, we may provide a third party gift card as a “thank you” for the customer’s time and feedback and will require the full name and email address and possibly physical mailing address to send the gift card to the customer.  If the customer chooses to receive the gift card by email, they should review the privacy policies of the third party as we are not responsible for their privacy policies. All surveys are optional.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to track and report website traffic. With a tracking code added to each website, Google Analytics can determine which pages are most visited.

Google Ads: We may use Google Ads to promote our products and services. Our Google Ads may be linked to Google Analytics. 

Social Media: We may have company pages or profiles on social media platforms, like Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube and we may interact/connect and share content with these platforms. When you connect or interact (examples: visit, follow, like, share, post, repost) with our Company’s social media pages and/or profiles, we may receive information about you from the social media service and Google Analytics. Please review the privacy policies of the social media platforms you interact with as we are not responsible for their privacy policies.

Google reCAPTCHA: Google reCAPTCHA is enabled on this site to help reduce spam. Google reCAPTCHA prompts you to check a box to prove that you're not a robot before you submit a form on this website. General Privacy Policy

Sales/Service: If we perform a service on your building's fire pump system such as an annual fire pump test or perform a repair on you building's fire pump equipment and/or if you purchase parts or equipment from us, we may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Zoho Campaigns, our email marketing provider, so they can send emails on our behalf.
